On Friday morning, April 11, I was traveling to Pritchard with my gooseneck horse trailer, loaded with two horses, and as I was heading down the hill into Vernon when I realized I had no trailer brakes!

I stopped at your Vernon location, out by Swan Lake, and your wonderful staff immediately helped me. In just minutes they located the problem (a broken wire to the battery) and fixed it. Not only were they very helpful and accommidating, they did not charge me to fix the problem.

I offered to buy them "a beer after work" or lunch, but they refused.It was a pleasure to deal with such helpful people, who immediately solved my dilemma. Please thank the three workers who helped me get safely on my way.

I am sorry that I did not get their names, but I hope that you will be able to again thank them for me.
For such a serious problem, it was nice to have such great people be willing to help at a moment's notice.
